Every time I go to use these, I somehow forget what a hassle they are until I’m halfway through struggling with them. They take way longer to put on than I expected, and it gets old fast.

I really wanted to like these, and to be fair, they do look nice. But after a short walk, maybe around 20 minutes, my feet started feeling sore and the soles felt harder than I expected. They might work for someone else, but comfort-wise they just didn’t do it for me. I wouldn’t buy them again...

I checked out starrywalker.com hoping there would be a decent range of options, but I was let down by what I found. There just was not much that caught my eye.
A lot of the products felt kind of the same, and when I did see something I might have liked, the size or color I wanted was either missing or not available. It felt a bit like walking into a store where most of the shelves are empty.

I can see how it might work for someone who is not too picky, but I lost interest quickly. I ended up leaving without buying anything because there was not much to choose from.

I was disappointed when these showed up... They looked so much better in the pictures online!! In person, the style just wasn’t cute, and the shoes felt kind of cheap and bulky??? Definitely not what I expected. I don’t think I’d order from here again...

This was disappointing. I only wore it a few times before it started coming apart, which is kind of ridiculous. I wasn’t expecting it to last forever, but come on — a few wears? Not great.

I’m not trying to be difficult, but the tracking on my order basically just sat there for days with no real updates. I reached out by email and got a vague response, which didn’t really help. I still have no idea where my package is, so at this point I don’t think I’ll be ordering again...

Kind of disappointing when you’re expecting a normal shoe box and it arrives looking like it got stepped on

The checkout was the part that bugged me. My cart kept loading slowly, and when I tried to pay, it threw an error without explaining what went wrong. I ended up refreshing and typing my info in again, which is one of those things I personally can’t stand.

It did finally go through, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the whole thing felt clunkier than it should have. Maybe I’m picky about checkout pages, but I expected the process to be smoother

Ordered from Starry Walker the delivery part was a headache. Tracking just sat there for days. No updates. Nothing. Then the package showed up way later than they originally said it would. I kept checking it myself because I had no idea what was going on, and support didn’t really help much either. Just kept saying to wait. The item itself was fine, so there’s that. But if I needed something by a certain date, I definitely wouldn’t order from them again.
